Over the last 20 years I’ve worked in many teams. Supermarkets, cake shops, sports teams, design agencies, startups, different companies around the world. I have found the heartbeat of a team isn’t in the meetings. It’s in the moments you feel seen as you.I’ve been that quieter voice in the team. I know how easy it is to go unnoticed unless you speak up. This is about giving everyone equal space. We’ve all had those conversations outside of work that go deeper than anything in a meeting.Every person has unspoken magic. This is about showing that each person matters not just what they do, but who they are.When every person in a team feels seen and heard, they feel a sense of belonging, and when you belong, you bring your full self.Let’s mark the moment and help your team grow together.
